This software allows users of the Foot Health Status Questionnaire to enter data from the questionnaire and accurately calculate the eight FHSQ scale scores. The software’s embedded algorithms recode responders answers, sums and transform the answers into the eight correct scale scores.
NOTE: It’s important to download the software ASAP within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation. If you try to access the link afterwards, a new email with a new link will be sent to you.
Important steps on downloading and installing your Foot Health Status Questionnaire data analysis software V1.05.
You will be provided with a link from the FHSQ website to download the data analysis software. The links title is Update FHSQ V1.05
Once you have downloaded this file you need to “extract” the individual files from the downloaded folder in order to install the programme. You achieve this by right clicking on the folder Update FHSQ V1.05.
Once all files are extracted and downloaded on your PC you are required to click on the setup.exe file.
This will install the software on your computer.
